I Purchased this cue case a year ago (June 13,2022).  Within the year the screw that holds the kickstand onto the case broke off inside so I can't replace the screw, and the zipper pull broke on the long pouch/compartment.  This makes carrying the case awkward. I was told this cue case has a six-month warranty.   I can't find anything on the website that documents warranty policies.

First it wouldn't stand on end without using the kickstand because one of the wheels go pushed down below the proper placement, then the head of one of the screws attaching the kickstand broke so the kickstand won't stay on that side.  If anyone from ACME is reading this, you have serious quality issues!
